We’re a friendly team who are wholly focused on customer care and support, which means that all of our clients, large and small, receive a personal and bespoke service.  The utmost care and attention to detail are applied to each and every payroll we run.

We don’t take payroll data at face value, we will check the data we receive and often raise questions to ensure your payroll is right the first time.

Meet the Team

  • Emma Bedwell

    Emma Bedwell (MAAT)

    PAYROLL DIRECTOR

    I joined the team as Payroll Manager in 2016, having studied accountancy and qualified at AAT Level 4. I became a Director of the company in November 2020.
    As well as my accounting experience, I have had considerable exposure to payroll work in my previous roles. I manage the day-to-day running of the payrolls and enjoy working with our lovely clients, helping them with any issues or problems they might have.
    I like the fact that we know all of our clients well, and we understand the intricacies and differences of each and every payroll that we run.
    My love of maths and systems certainly helps in this job, as you have to be organised! Outside of work, I enjoy crafting and taking Pablo the Pug out for walks with the family.

  • Daniel Button

    Daniel Button (ACIPP)

    PAYROLL DIRECTOR

    I joined the team as Payroll Director in 2021, I have recently completed a payroll technician qualification course with CIPP.
    As well as my payroll experience, I have knowledge in project management as well as managing teams and customer engagement. I have an NVQ Level 4 in management and a BTEC Level 4 in management and leadership.
    I help manage the day-to-day running of the payrolls and I am really enjoying getting to know all our amazing clients.
    Outside of work, I enjoy playing football, swimming and taking Pablo the Pug out for walks with the family.

  • Asharani

    Asharani Irom

    PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR

    Auto Enrolment Bureau would like to introduce a new member of the team. It’s been a tough few years for small local businesses so we are delighted to be in a position to bring Asharani into the company and look forward to seeing her progress.

    Asharani Irom joined the team as Payroll Administrator in September 2022, Asharani has a payroll diploma certification. Before joining the Auto Enrolment Bureau team Asharani ran payrolls for a private company as well as a charity organisation which has allowed her to gain valuable experience in running payrolls for different types of businesses.

    Asharani is passionate about payroll and will help manage the day-to-day running of the payroll as well as complete administrative tasks.
